How to flourish
Our multi-national client had experienced some tough but necessary change of late. Uppermost on the mind of their VP was the need to re-engage staff by giving strategies to help manage stress, build resilience and raise positivity in the workplace.
We worked with them to design and run an engaging and energising workshop which left 60 senior managers inspired, intrigued and thankful. One of the exercises meant ‘stalking’ their colleagues and after a week delivering positive, strengths based feedback on their contribution to the business. Climate has improved, individuals are implementing what they learnt and the VP has a fired up leadership team ready to move forward.
